I feel I should remember this. Not many details here other than the fact some parents are on their bed watching garbage pail kids when their child comes into the bedroom. I would have to figure this to be a cheesy horror flick of some sort, nothing to vague. Thanks!

The cover of the borrower looks extremely familiar, I am guessing this is the movie. Not sure how many other films would have a scene with the garbage pail kids movie in it. Much appreciated.
This is it, just watched it on youtube. Husband and wife laying on the bed while the man scratches himself watching the garbage pail kids. A beautiful cinematic moment! Thank you.
