Weird, creepy, and beautiful. And the soundtrack is bad ass.
The Hazing
...:dsp: Damn, this movie was just plain horrible. It tried way too hard to be an Evil Dead homage and it tried too hard to be "stupid-funny" and instead ended up being just plain stupid. There was waaaay too much cheese for it's own good. What a waste of time this was.
Underworld: Evolution 10/10
Awesome movie, loved it better then the first one
WOW! Must be a masterpiece :lookarnd:Quote:

Hostel, it was good and I would have enjoyed it more if those two people in the audience didn't keep talking and ruining the next scene.
Cabin Fever for the first time. Hear a lot of mixed comments on this one, but I enjoyed it, though some of the jokes and dialouge were a little uneven and that ending was ridiculous.
That ending was so f'ing stupid I just couldn't help but love it.Quote:

At least you're still breathing.
At least with these type of movies I forget them pretty quickly and only remember that they sucked.
I wish it was like that with me. I still remember feardotcom like it was yesterday.
Sleep Away Camp. Pretty cool 80's slasher film.... a fun watch nothing that will terrify you except maybe the ending..im still having nightmares.. LOL
Tool Box Murders. 2005 Not a bad little flick to watch if you enjoy slasher films. Has its moments, the acting was not the best.
Death Tunnel. The acting wasn't the best, but it was still an entertaining ghostflick that deserves a chance. 6/10
The Brothers Grimm. Not really a horror. Pretty interesting, and if you like fairy-tales, wolves, adventure or just wanna watch an enjoyable movie you should watch it. 6.5/10
Boy Eats Girl. This was a cool zombiemovie. Good lenght, not slow to get to action, and had it's splattering moments, most of it in the end. 7.5/10
Underworld: Evolution 7/10
Underworld:Evolution...Good brainless action flick. CGI seems to have gotten slightly worse in this one. Not too sure as to which one of the 2 I liked more overall. 6.5/10
Let sleeping corpses lie.... typical foreign zombie flick. Awesomly shot though. But just didn't do it for me. 5/10.
Creep. It was alright, nothing amazing, but is ok if you're not looking for too much. 6/10
The Invisible Ray (staring Bela Lugosi & Boris Karloff)
The Bat (staring Vincent Price)
Halloween: The Curse of Michael Myers
opera

all together great flippin movie ranks up there with high tension but fails to surpas the french bomb 8.5/10
The Fly '86
Nosferatu - Silent films are fun.
Der Golem.
They Live - 7/10

Underworld: Evolution
...Definitely not as good as the original but it was still highly enjoyable with a lot of fun action sequences. I really liked it, as you probably will too if you liked the original as much as I did. And I'm sure the experience will be even better when it hits dvd and you can watch the original and sequel back to back.

Dead Meat. Far from the worst zombiemovie I've seen, but not toooooo much to woo about, still an ok watch. Should atleast be seen by hardcore zombiefans. 5/10
The Brood, good stuff from cronenberg.
In The Mouth Of Madness. Really good work from Carpenter, kind of deep at some parts I guess. Why this movie is as unknown as it is (atleast it was unknown to me), is beyond me. 7.5/10
squirm
it was on last night late last night
As the namesake of the last poster, just saw Hostel, got a rip cos i just couldn't wait 5 more weeks. Sweet fucking movie 7.5/10 but that may take into the lack of the quality of the rip. Gonna see it at movies as well, so more marks may be added.
Venom 7.5/10
I thought it was pretty cool sorta in the style of Jeepers Creepers. Definitely worth a rent.
The Changeling
just got done watching dead and breakfast, great flick.
Nail Gun Massacre. 5 bucks from the exchange...... why not.
christine..thats one fucked up car..picked it up at a closing down sale only £3.79 brand new thats about $1.50 i nearly brought it ages ago because i loved it when i was a kid.Good job i waited.
Dark Prince: The True Story of Dracula
I had a taste for Lecter this weekend:
Silence of the Lambs
Hannibal
Red Dragon
The Howling - Great, awsome movie. The Werewolves were creepy and it has one of the best, if not the best transformation scence to ever grace the screen.
Carrie - Great movie as well. It's so sad, though, lol. They're all gonna laugh at you!
I made the mistake of watching Fear Dot Com. Most people on here said it was shite but i thought to myself i might like it. Well i didn't.
The Fog(remake)
This past weekend i watched:
The Toolbox Murders (2005) 7.5 / 10
The Stuff(1985) 5 / 10
Squirm
A 1970's PG rated horror flick with worms and pretty decent effects. These worms are transformed into bloodsuckers after an electrical charge was made to bring all the worms to the surface from one pile of mud, and ended up turning the worms into 9 inch bloodsuckers.
It's a pretty sick film but back then PG-13 ratings didn't necessarily exist..
You get to enjoy alot of non-worm dialouge that puts you into the characters bodies (sadly) and you learn that the worms transform and multiply. They soon become termites and then get bigger and bigger. Worms are gross, none the less.
7/10
High Tension (Haute Tension) UNCUT
Sick as hell movie that keeps you on the edge of your seat squirming until the climaxing ending. Plenty of sick, creative, in-your-face death scenes and some lesbian masturbation that keeps you smiling. Reminds me alot of Joy-Ride and Identity, which I both liked. Ending, however, sucks though...unsuspecting and original, however..it still lacks me the joy of watching it a 2nd time.
7/10

The Descent
....FINALLY A GOOD HORROR MOVIE!!!!! HORRAAAYYYY!!!!!!! I knew it was getting a lot of hype but I still didn't think it would be as good as people were saying. But damn, I really really loved this movie! It was very entertaining, creepy, scary and thrilling. One of the best horror movies in years!
