The problem I see now is that Twisted Pictures owns the rights and we all know what they did with the Saw franchise. Considering how fast they greenlit this sequel tells me they're gonna try to pump...
The latest is a direct sequel to the original, but is reportedly an intended "reboot" of a new set of films/sequels. I'm also guessing the title will be changed somewhere down the line.
Don't ask me about why it's called TC 4. Some peeps think it was a typo in the initial article at deadline, but either way it's confusing. My guess is it's possible they didn't want to use 3 since...
