Looks like he'll be following up 'Halloween II' with another remake - "The Blob" according to Variety.
I'm intrigued... yet scared... I'll have to wait for more details beyond the character...
ehhh... why doest this rumor scare me about this film(s) potential PG-13 rating...
I'm always shocked at how few people know about:
"Suspiria"
"Troll 2" (most for shits/giggles)
"Near Dark" (not necessarily scary or gore but I think a pretty damn good story)
Another vote for "Killer Klowns from Outer Space" - I LOVE showing that movie to people who havn't seen it before. I'm pretty sure it was the movie I was watching the first time I got drunk as well...
Both the "Friday the 13th" and "The Last House of the Left" remakes have been pleasant surprises for me (but then again I wasn't expecting much). But beyond that it's been pretty "ehhh". I'm hoping...
I enjoyed this one too. It wasn't AMAZING but it was better than most of the horror movies I've stumbled across lately.
I have to second the recommendation for "The Hamiltons" but warn you that...
I've always been a fan of disaster and apocalyptic movies so I've been waiting on this one for awhile now. Really excited.
I'm actually curious about this film because it seems to at least in...
"The Breakfast Club" is a very poignant and interesting film, but I still think that "Sixteen Candles" and "Weird Science" was his best work as a director.
Really?
The first one was barely entertaining...
"The Crow" (for the first time actually), 8/10
I think Burton's film is the main reason this hasn't taken off in the last couple of years. Burton's been in development for years with this movie and I'm sure they didn't want two coming out around...
If he was to do a third I'd rather he do his own version of 4-7 and wrap everything up within the confines of a trilogy.
But a remake of "Season of the Witch"... I'm oddly curious. I mean I...
This could be potentially horrible or it could turn out to be pretty awesome.
But I can't wait to find out. I'll be there opening day!
I really liked the first film and the third (never really cared for the second). I'm excited for this one, I'll be checking it out after I see H2
I've read the books before (well I've at least read the books that this film adapts) and I'm curious about the film. The director/writer took more than a few liberties with the source material, but...
I really enjoyed the first and third entry's in the series and think that the second one is an okay movie from an action point of view.
I really liked the movie series. Personally while its...
