The next movie directed by James Wan
That would make an awesome book, and probably a great movie.
That's what I was thinking
I think The Talisman by Stephen King & Peter Staub was made into a short film, but never actually given the theatrical treatment. I think it'd make a good movie.
The remake of House on Haunted Hill came out around that time frame and had a surgeon as the antagonist.
Was it Ghoulies?

I do have to agree, the idea of Freddy carving up Millennials brings a smile to my face... is that bad?
I'll probably see it because it's Predator... I'm a sucker for that series and the Alien series.
As a Nightmare flick, yeah, the remake is pretty terrible. Freddy just isn't Freddy in it. However, if you take it out of the series and look at it as an independent movie, it's better, not great,...
Great finale, can't wait for next season.... ugh the wait for next season :takeshots:
RIP Tobe Hooper
Just a topic of books/comics/games we'd love to see become movies.
I'd love to see Clive Barker's Undying video game get made into a movie. I absolutely loved that game and I always thought the...
So, same director, same script... why.. exactly? Leave it to Eli.
Yep, it sure did. I'll probably see it anyway, but the cliff edge looked very SyFy movie of the week-ish.
That would mean someone would need to come up with something original.
I have to agree with a few people in this thread, it's unnecessary, and WAY TOO SOON!
The Freddy remake was bad... just ... bad...
But OMG, the bells and the tunnels of the Jason remake were so Fing stupid.
Paramount has the opportunity to make this right. So, how to do it:
1....
I'll save it for Blu-ray, but I'm not going to the theater to watch this.
Been hearing about this for a few years now, is it actually going to happen?
True Detective
Grimm
@Frey I love the compilation, great job man.
It's Eli, I'll probably check it out.
I haven't heard that Rob Zombie is attached, so this could be decent.

If Keaton reprises his role, and Burton directs, it should be pretty good. I'm a big fan of the original, hoping they don't screw this one up.
