1. Megadeth - Out of the four, this is the band that I've liked throughout almost all of their career. And of course they did Good Mourning/Black Friday
2. Metallica - The first four albums are...
I'm most likely going to this (Keep in mind the price is per person, and cabins are a minimum of two people...). There's another similar cruise out to the Bahamas this April that I'm going on, but...
Not a bad list. Pleasantly surprised to see Iced Earth in there.
Definitely. Some of the best black metal vocals around. I've been listening to a playlist of Sigh and Keep of Kalessin all afternoon. :rocker:
Good choices. I'm not a huge fan of Opeth, but I love Mikael's vocals.
And how could anybody not love Manowar?!?!
Agreed.
Between Dickinson and Halford, I've always been more of a Dickinson fan. Also gotta give Dio and King Diamond credit.
Some of my other favorites:
Matt Barlow (Iced Earth)
David...
Never was a huge fan of these guys, and without Vortex, I'm pretty sure I never will be. Think I'll go listen to some Arcturus.
I remember this flick from my childhood. I think this is the kind of obscure movie they need to focus on remaking. I'll keep an eye out on it.
Don't be hatin' on King Diamond.
Enjoyable show, I watch it on Hulu when I get free time each week.
Unrelated: WTF? Since when is there another Stormrider? 0.o
I'm sorry the truth hurts.
EDIT: ...Just realized this makes it sound like I'm agreeing I'm a noob.
...Damnit.
*Hangs head in shame*
Dio > Ozzy
So... you're only half racist.
Oh, and Dawn of the Dead and Day of the Dead.
Oh well. Gaahl, at least, will still have his clothing line to fall back on.
Redemption - Sapphire
I'm not gonna vote since I haven't seen F13 yet. But I didn't much like Halloween... And I thought TCM was a solid effort.
This very nearly made my list. Excellent album.
Cheers. Check out their last three albums (11 Dreams, The Hours That Remain, Architect of Lies)... All of them are great. Everblack is another good effort from them, but just not quite as good as the...
Mercenary - Architect of Lies
Keep of Kalessin - Kolossus
Iced Earth - Crucible of Man
Sigh wins my vote. First black metal band I really liked.
Keep of Kalessin comes in second.
Cheers, that was pretty good. Haha
Black Sabbath - I
I am Wicked
I am Legion
Strength in numbers - A lie
The number is One
Iced Earth - Harbinger of Fate
Kingdoms will fall, empires crumble
I came specifically thinking of that line from Heaven and Hell. Damn, I'll have to think of something else now. Haha
I'm a big fan of him and the band he belongs to, Angra. Very good stuff.
