Rosemary's Baby

...watched the Critereon release as well as a couple of the supplementals. There's a radio interview with the author of the book discussing the sequel from around 1999 and I couldn't help but wonder, "whoah, why did this never come out?" Looking at the reviews and reading a synopsis of the book, oh, that's why. Because the guy picked up a brain tumor somewhere on his way to 1999 and has no more good ideas, apparently. It's only for the fact that he's written several other really good stories that I'm not tempted to just assume that Rosemary's Baby was just luck.

What We Do In the Shadows (2014) - kiwi horror has been good this year

Come Back to Me - 7.5/10 - Surprised with this one, really came out of left field. Not as strong as it could have been, but definitely good.

Eat 2/10 - Eh. Not what i hoped for, tired, pedantic bullshit.

Carne: The Taco Maker - 3.5/10 - Its entertainingly stupid and intentionally bad.

Daylight - 3/10 - Same old same old. Bad actors, same ghost story, same crap.

Excision - 7/10 - Kinda sorta horror i guess? 30% horror? Eh whatever.... Great flick, i absolutely love the "weird shit" movies.

I watched Prometheus again which lead to me watching Alien and Aliens again.. I was surprised I had not seen the Director's Cuts yet.. they added a lot of really good stuff to Aliens.
