lol that's the most frustrating part! She was so underutilized. I rant about the whole thing in a review I did.

Lauren Ashley Carter was amazing. Micky Keating has done it again. The B&W worked here. A beautiful film to look at. Camera work perfect. Laura basically was working by herself. To show your destination into madness and all you use is camera work, facial expression, angles, black and white, music and make it work, well thats brilliant!

Okay, been watching a lot of movies the past couple weeks so i am just going to list them.

The Forest - 5/10 - i think i graded this one already, not sure. But this was a crap movie. Expected and its only real value is daydreaming about sticking your dick in the main characters mouth.

Baskin - 6/10 - Solid. I wanted to rate it a bit higher but there's things about it that i just cant put my finger on and cannot get into without spoilers.

Bleed - 5/10 - Average? It had a lot of potential but never reached anything higher then slightly above basic.

Darling - ?/10 - I need to watch this one again. If you're looking for a typical horror movie, dont go with this flick. Its more artsy then most and deserves to be examined, which i was not expecting the first time around.

Hush - 4.5/10 - This is a pretty solid "alone at home at night with a murderer outside" movie. The reason i did not give it a higher score is because of how well the ending is done compared to the rest of the film. Had the entire film been the deaf woman debating herself in her own head, it could have been very good.

Pandemic - 3/10 - crap.

The Invitation - 7/10 - highlight recommended. A great, coming of age tale about a minority woman named Kira and the telling of her story of why she no longer dates white guys.

The Wicksboro Incident - 6/10 - It should probably be lower but im a sucker for properly done FF movies.

The Boy - 4/10 - Meh.

Man Vs - 6.5/10 - Similar to the Wicksboro Incident in reasoning.

I was expecting more from Baskin but the cinematography was great! The ending disappointed but who knows we might even get an alternate ending in the future??? Maybe on Bluray.

The Invitation seems very good and I'll definitely give it a watch real soon.

Alien - classic!

Nina Forever, which was more of a black comedy(emphasis on the black), which did in fact make me laugh more than usual.
Scouts Guide To The Zombie Apocalypse. I loved this. Not only did it make me laugh, but I had tears of laughter rolling down my cheeks at a couple of points.
Zombie Strippers. Hilarious, although I'm not sure if it was supposed to be!
