A Quiet Place 6/10 - it's alright, but people are overblowing just how good this film is.I do however love that I save $3 on the movie ticket..perhaps senior citizen isn't all that bad after all

^^^ I liked Darling as well. Saw the ending coming but still enjoyed the trip.
Mutant (1984). I'd been putting this one off for years but it was on B-Movie TV last night so I checked it out. Awful toxic zombie flick starring the irrepressible (and in this instance, apparently desperate for a pay check) Wings Hauser and featuring one of the absolute worst practical FX I've ever seen -- a zombie whose fingers ooze some kind of acid, yet you can see plain as day that it's a fake hand on a stick being held by the actor. It's like they didn't even TRY to hide it. There's one angle where the fake hand is aimed at the screen and you can clearly see up the actor's sleeve, and his hand gripping the stick. And that's just one atrocity in this turd. Easily one of the worst zombie flicks I've ever seen, and that's with junk like Hell of the Living Dead on the table. 1/10
