Russell Geoffrey Banks makes this movie. His performance is outstanding. He makes Oliver real. Iv'e never seen anything like this, perhaps when Bill Oberst Jr. plays his roles, thats saying something. Vodded. Pre ordered and rewatched. My cinematic life is perfect right now.

Fertilize the Blaspheming Bombshell (1989). No-budgeter about a woman whose search for her missing sister finds her crossing paths with a band of devil worshipers in a nowhere desert town called Ellivnatas (say it backward). Hokey, ill-conceived and dull. The photography is so dark that not only can you not see squat during nighttime scenes, but even daylight scenes are sometimes difficult to make out. The score is overwrought and intrusive. The only decent performance comes from Bo Hopkins, who nevertheless feels as if he's sleepwalking through his role. A misfire on all counts. Disregard the title and the video cover art, both of which imply something much more outlandish and tongue-in-cheek -- two things this decidedly tedious dud certainly are not. 2/10

Shudder is broadcasting a 24-hour live stream hosted by Joe Bob Briggs. It was supposed to start at 9pm, but so many people tuned in for Joe Bob's return that it literally crashed Shudder's servers, and the stream didn't start until almost midnight, by which point they were already a couple flicks in. So far I've watched:
