Gacy House (2010) - like Death of a Ghost Hunter, but much much better. Played out in true BWP style using "found footage", and with no credits, it actually succeeds in what it sets out to be - a horrumentary that actually has a storyline and effects to back it up.
It won't be everyone's cup of tea, however, I enjoyed it, palpable tension and a decent ending...7/10
