Battle Royale. 9.5/10. This is a rare instance where I actually prefer the movie to the book. My only complaint with this movie was that it was short.. I liked in the book how they expanded on the other student's experience. I honestly would like to see a mini series based on the source material. On the other hand you would have to deal with Hunger Games fanatics thinking that the Japanese were copying the Hunger Games.

Shocked that I liked this. Felt like a true sequel, prequel, whateverquel. Had the same feel as the first and kept me interested. Eva Green played a cool role.

No Good Deed- Nothing special about this film although Idris Elba can look pretty menacing. This could have been a great thriller and I can definitely place a lot of the blame on the script. Not quite sure what the writer was thinking, but has no clue as to what a thriller is. Credibility is thrown out the window as well with Terry I can't believe a woman especially one who supposedly work for the DA's office could be that stupid with the choices she made throughout the film. You'd have to see it to understand. They could have done without the children since they had no useful place in the film. You could have plugged all the roles with top notch performers and wouldn't be able to pull this one off. If I had written the script the film would have been about 1/2 hour to 45 minutes in length. Over all it's a waste of anybody's time and money, but I'll be generous and give it 4.0 / 10

Wolverine. 4/10. Ehh, it took one of my favorite superhero story lines (and one of the original reasons that I got into Samurai movies) and turned it into a clichéd blockbuster piece o' shit. There were good points, but they were few and far between and largely overshadowed be a fucking dismal ending.

A million ways to die in the west. 3.5/10. Seth MacFarlane's entire career is based off of homages to comedic genius that came before him. Usually it works for him.. but this movie seems a little free style.. it's not quite an homage.. it's not quite a ripoff. It genuinely feels like his first attempt at writing original material, but it ends up feeling like an entire movie was based around the initial idea of, "How much would it have sucked to live in Western times?" The funniest parts, for me, came from Neil Patrick Harris and Amanda Seyfried. Then, at the end of this one trick pony, they try to stuff in a dramatic ending. MacFarlane should stick to what he knows best: referencing eighties pop culture or producing animated TV shows.
