Just got Fable III I need a break from ACIII before I finished it, I played II right through to III without stopping more or less and I just need a spell. I can't finish 4 of them consecutively.
Nice to see they have made some changed in Fable III. II was pretty much a cut and paste of the first, the new "level up" system is odd, but not bad, and I never thought they would make a talking character. The games, apart from the first one have never really been mind blowing, but they've always just been a bit of fun to have on the side.

Started Devil May Cry, which is amazing. Whoever likes action games with a deep but not overly complex combat system where you really need to think of what you are doing and not just button mash, this game is for you.
Light years better than the original DMC with a much better Dante. The game is very difficult and if you think you can button mash your way through the battles, don't even bother trying the game because you will not get anywhere. One of my favorite games is Bayonetta and this is the closest any game has come to emulating that combat system.
The game has a ton of style and polish to it and is just plain 'ole fun to play. Once you get used to the controls and learn how to juggle combos between all 4 (yes I said 4!) main weapons the combat turns into chaotic beauty. It's hard not to keep your eye on the way the game keeps a running tally on your combo in the upper right corner as you are kicking ass...again even that is done with style and flair with a demon voice shouting out each time your grade for the current combo increases.
This game has suprassed my expectations and for me to even mention it in the same sentence as Bayonetta should speak in and of itself. Bayonetta set a new standard for games of this nature, trumping the beloved God of War and this new DMC is right up there with it.
The tranquility of night hides many malevolent things taking place under a stunning, mysterious sky pocked with precious gems of light. -GP
