I'm still enjoying the hell out of Just Cause 3. It's a game that is made with the only intent of giving the player a sandbox world and making it so you can do anything you want to have fun in it. The action is over the top insanity and is extremely fun and engaging. Still playing Battlefront as well and of course the Amplitude remake. I have Dark Souls 3 paid off and Uncharted 4 paid off so I'm pretty much all set with games probably through most of the Summer. Plus rumor of an Amazon leak showing Doom's release date as April 19th looks to be true so throw another log on the fire.

Been taking care of some Arkham Knight lately. I'm not huge on the tank missions there are plenty of FPS games I could be playing...but I want to play Batman.

Finally got the Ps4 and Ive been playin the hell out of both Mortal Kombat X (which is phenomenal) . And Arkham Night! I love how they integrated the Joker in this. Hes been amusing as hell. Mark Hamill owns as the voice of Mistah J.

Been slowly making my way through Mad Max before I move onto Witcher 3. The game is a lot of fun. The car upgrades are great and the ability to take down various cars and structures is fun. The convoys are a bit of a bitch, but I hear you can upgrade your car to make them a bit easier.

It is a little repetitive, but the hours fly by when playing it. It's really worth 20-30 bucks if you see it.

So with my new vidya card i have been playing games like crazy. New. Old. Console. PC. Broke out MAME, so arcade.
The new flashback. SF5. MKX. Gauntlet Slayer Edition. Goat Simulator. NBA 2k16. TWD: Adventures of Daryl (forget the name) and something i started working on last night... Gears of War.
Now, Gears is a rather old game but on PC has some fantastic mods. From graphical improvements (not that it really needs it) to skins to levels to complete mods that add everything and essentially make it GOW 2, 3 and beyond.

So i was going through some mods, found this one, and thought to myself... "Self! The people at UHM would love this mod".



Single player and multiplayer.
You can play as Freddy and... find victims if you want or be a teenager w/a chainsaw or lancer and hunt Freddy... its all good.

That is awesome. Funny you mentions MAME, I just reinstalled it on my Surface because I'm going on vacation and wanted to do a little gaming as I've been dicking around with Street Fighters again, though not 5...going to wait for a serious price drop/next version before getting that mess.

You should download Fightcade and the rom pack. Its like 3 gigs, but its basically a streamlined Mame for fighting games.Its ultra simple to use. All you do is select the arcade fighting game youw ant to play, and then decide if you want to play it by yourself or through the severs. Where you get to play against thousands of people who love playing old style arcade fighters against one another.
Its...Fan....Tast...Ic.



On the left are the games you can select. Pick one. Then click Play by yourself. VS random. Or click one of the names on the left for someone specific. And then the arcade window pops up... that easy.




In fact its so quick and easy to use, i hopped on there really quick and snapped a photo for you myself.


It has all of the SF2's, 3's, Alphas, Arcade versus series, Samurai Showdows, KOFers, etc. Plus a lot of old multiplayer arcades... AVP, TMNT, XMEN, Simpsons (all 4 players) Ninja Gaiden arcade, 1942 series, blah blah blah. All arcade perfect, all multiplayer if u want them to be.
Its a variation of Mame that is specific and streamlined for online multiplayer of classic arcade games.... its... just....its perfection. All it needs is Killer instinct and Tekken.

Witcher 3. It's a bit overwhelming, but I'm slowly getting into it. I guess I need some more depth after beating Mad Max.

There are some pretty crazy homebrews out there that fighting game fans always wanted.
There's multiple versions of Street Fighter VS Mortal Kombat.

I hear nothing but great things about this game. I watched a few streams on PS4 as well and the game looks fun and very deep. With Dark Souls 3 and Uncharted 4 coming out in the next 2 months I am unsure if I have time for this one.

Right now I'm trying to polish off Just Cause 3 which is still one of the funnest games I have ever played. The game is massive though...I have been at it since it released the first week of December and I'm only 40% completed

I feel like the division is going to be a game you have to dedicate a great deal of time towards advancing in. But it is a lot of fun. I agree though, a lot of fantastic games are coming out! I'm very excited for this year. Will you be picking up Far Cry primal?
