ANYWAY, I'm a big fan of Argento but I've only seen a few of his films (thank you Blockbuster Online). Besides Suspiria, Inferno, Deep Red, and a few others...what else of his is worth watching?

I am going to bring back this thread considering it relates to a lot of my more recent ones
What are peoples thoughts on 'God Told Me To Kill' and 'Can You Kill A Child'. Have already asked Primetimeloserabout 'CYKAC' but want others opinions as well.

***On a side note feel this would be a decent thread to make a sticky, but only questions about older movies that is.***

Can You Kill A Child is a very good movie. An island full of evil children you cannot go wrong. I remember being a tad bit unnerved by some of the scenes. Definitely worth checking out if you haven't seen it. You best do it before the unnecessary remake comes out too.![]()

I didn't like God Told Me To very much, if I remember correctly, but that's me. I can barely even remember the movie, but I remember feeling that it was a little overhyped and didn't really like it![]()

The Manitou (1978) looks bizzare. Just saw a trailer. Anyone?

If you are into retro camp then you'll have a deeper appreciation for flicks like these. That was a funky decade, and they cranked out a ton of this kind of stuff back in the 70's, and I grew up on these kind of movies. Depends I guess on what kind of groove you're looking to slip into at the moment really.

How about 'They Don't Cut The Grass Anymore'? I believe it has got some decent gore in it but that is as far as I go in knowing about this film.

I know this just came out but has anyone seen Madison County? Doesn't look too horrible from the ads but it does look like it could be the same ol bull shit
When I was going up the stairs, I met a man who wasn't there. He wasn't there again today, I wish, I wish he'd go away.

The remake of 'Anthropophagous' by Andreas Schnaas, 'Anthropophagous 2000'.
From what I have gathered it is exactly the same as the original except it is not set on an island and they arrive by CV. The difference with this one is, due to Schnaas' direction, it is way gorey. I am going to get this at some point I just want other peoples opinions.
