    Body snatchers

I've seen the remakes, but never saw the classic of the body snatchers. Is it any good?

When I was younger, the '78 remake was the first version I saw. It scared the crap out of me, I'll always remember that, and it still holds up very well for me today.

I'd seen the original sometime after, but still, in a rare case, prefered the remake. But I'll tell you something... I've rewatched the original in the last year or so, and I appreciate it more.

I really believe you can watch both, and appreciate both. The fear that's felt in the remake can also be felt in the original. I would highly recommend it.

I think I've only seen the 90's version. I can't wait for The Invasion to come out though. Looks pretty good.

I think The Invasion was pretty good, but I've only ever seen the original, never saw the one from the 70s. There's a lot to be appreciated from the original, but by today's standards, what we're all used to, it's just not very stimulating.
