I would love the irony of the show ending with Walt going out avenging Hank's death. They keep saying it's going to end in a very "Breaking Bad way" and that would fit the bill. One way at least.

Vince G's "hint" this week for the upcoming episode was that we would look back on the works of Walter White and "despair".

Spilling the beans on the buried money might be the move that Jesse plays to survive the aryans. With all that they could re-evaluate their deal with Lydia or their need for Walt at all, him being the goose and standing on a giant basket of already made golden eggs.

So addicted to this show, I am in the midst of a mini-vacation but we made damn sure to get back to the hotel tonight in time to watch the show. Will be the first time that we get to actually watch it as it is airing Will be a perfect end to a great day.

My speculations for tonights ep and beyond:

Hank and Gomie die in the gun fight. Jesse bargains for his life by telling the Aryans that they are sitting on a mountain of Walt's money, Jesse escapes. Walt's life is spared by Todd, because although Todd is a straight up sociopath he seems to have a good deal of respect for Walt. Not to mention his cook needs some help. With Hank dead, Marie goes public about Walt, forcing Walt and family into hiding. Some other tragedy befalls Walt's family and Walt goes on the run as seen in the flash forwards. Walt comes back home with the heavy weaponry to avenge Hank's death and take on the Aryans. I'm still not sure how the ricin fits in and the significance of Marie confiding to her therapist about googling ways to kill people with untraceable poisons. Also not sure where Jesse fits in to the ultimate ending and what part if any Lydia's eastern European clientele will take. Thinking either Walt will take the ricin and go on a rampage against the Aryans and/or eastern Europeans and Marie will take the wrap for Walt's death. Or Skyler will somehow die to the ricin and again Marie will take the wrap. I'm probably not even close to what's actually going to happen but it's fun to try and guess. Also have a suspicion that Holly will die, as sort of a karmic retribution for Walt letting Jane die, no idea what may become of Walt Jr.

I knew Hank was gonna get it. Too close to the end for him to get injured. Lets all pour a 40 in honor of Hank and Gomie.

You said a mouth full. Totally agree. I knew the continuation from last week couldn't go any other way, at least for 1/2 of all parties concerned. I'm glad they didn't cop out and pull a deus ex machina.

A lot could happen next week to dissuade this theory but now I see the flash-forward flowing into the ending this way:

Previews show Walt still in ABQ even though he's clearly met "the guy" who arranges for his new identity and way out of town. Maybe Skyler knows he was putting on a show on the phone to try and help her with the cops, maybe not, but I have a feeling Walt is going to make another play to try to get his family back that will result in a narrow escape from authorities. He goes into hiding. Flash forward to his next birthday back in town, new identity in tow, full head of hair so not only has he not been killing people but he hasn't been doing chemo. He goes to war with the Aryan Brotherhood, takes out Creepy Todd and his kin and finds Jesse chained in the lab, working this whole time as a cook monkey bringing almost Heisenberg purity back to Madragal brand glass for discerning European junkies. He's assumed Jesse's been dead this whole time and in a relapse of the love he used to feel he frees him. Jesse then kills Walt.

How come when Jack the Ayrian baddie was just about to shoot Hank he said his name was A.C. Slater? Was Hank a big 'Saved by the Bell' Fan or something?

He said "ASAC Slater". He's Assistant Special Agent in Charge, ASAC. That was his way of saying there's no walking away from this. He was his job thru-and-thru. There's also some warning in there, meaning he's not just another agent.
