The Game: Fincher, how could you?

I just saw The Game for the first time and I can't help but be totally shocked at how shitty and ridiculous of a movie it is.

Without posting any big spoilers, it has to be the worst ending of all time. The 'twist' is only unpredictable because it's completely retarded and thus disqualified from ever being predicted as a 'twist' in the first place.

I know there are going to be fans of this flick here because for whatever reason it has gotten great reviews everywhere. I have no idea why people like it though.

I agree,one of the shittiest endings ever.
I would have really liked the movie with a more believable ending.
Instead we get one that needs absolutely everything to fall into place perfectly for it to work,and of course everything does,so well thats it's actually kinda insulting to the viewer.

You can't polish a turd. There was nothing wrong with the direction; it was the ridiculous fucking premise that was the problem.

True; it hurts my head knowing he followed Seven up with this piece o' garbage.

I almost felt embarrassed for Sean Penn and Michael Douglas for even taking part in the flick.

I never seen this all the way through, and barely remember what I did see.

I enoyed it, but only because I was already told how it ended. Had it been a suprise to me I probably would have hated it. Someone should remake the movie but not tell anyone they totally changed how it ended.
