This movie was crap. The old man was cool, I liked the dog and when she went into that room to see her "mother" was freaky as hell. Other than that the rest of the movie was very boring and very unscary. Every time they turned off the music it was a big clue they were fixing to do a loud bang noise to scare you. Stupid stupid movie. The chick walking around in her underwear was nice, but its nothing thats gonna save this flick. The ending was retarded and predictable. I could tell you that was gonna happen very early on. David Goyer can write good stuff, why the hell can't he direct something good to?

Watched it today. Ended up being how I expected it to be; over-hyped and pretty boring. Not scary at all. Ending was extremely predictable, and the movie had a few funny parts, at best, though, it's the type of funny that was unintended. Pretty boring, though, I didn't go in expecting it to be anything more than just a way to kill some time and money.

I just checked it out, i'll give it a 5/10 its had a couple of decent parts. Gary Oldman was in it, i like him as an actor. I'm surprised he took this role

Yeah it wasn't all that great, alot of the cheap scare type deal. That lead chick was pretty hot though, i could go for seeing her run around in her panties anytime!
