I'd hate to burst your bubble, but you picked the WRONG GENRE to be a "tuff critic" for.
What is it with you young kids these days? It's like all you do is constantly complain about the imperfections of horror flicks...yet continue to view countless horror flicks. I don't get it. If you want excellent screenplays, writing, A-List budgets, and character development, then start viewing films of a different genre. It's THAT simple.
Guess I'm "old school"...but I like my horror flicks to be mindless entertainment. Which, ironically, is what 98% of them are meant to be. :wideeye:
*waits for somebody to mention JC's "The Thing", "The Shining", and a couple handfulls of other horror movies that were legitimately GOOD movies* (which is beyond the point of my rant)
