Your favorite Slasher

I don't really have a favorite slasher...but I'll list both Intruder and Stage Fright up there as some of my most enjoyable titles.

Friday The 13th was my first favorite. But now I think The House On Sorority Row or My Bloody Valentine.

As a "slasher" pic my favorite goes to Texas Chainsaw Massacre 2.
Yes, you heard me, part 2.
Drayton, Choptop, Bubba, all a riot and deranged as hell. And it introduced us to "people chili"! (No secret, its the meat)

wow pieces , intruder , prowler , maniac good flicks , if i have to pick a fav slasher im probably gona say the beyond , im a big lucio fulci fan it was filmed in my home town new orleans and idk i just like the story and yes there is some gore gruesome death scenes

Halloween, A Nightmare on Elm Street, and The Burning will never lose my heart's desires, mostly Halloween will be my favorite of course, sorry everyone but Jason isn't going to be my favorite as such...his movies trailed on to being the most redicu-fu*king-lous with the ways he's come back and crap, can't be forgiven...I'll only like 1-3 though...I love Pieces, Curtains, Sleepaway Camp, Christmas Evil, The Strangers, and Dark Night of the Scarecrow.

That is not a slasher it's a supernatural horror film

Outside of Halloween 1-4 (because Myers is my fav, esp 1 and 2.) I have always liked this one slasher but I ALWAYS forget the title of it because I haven't seen it since it was on TV.

Either Graduation Night or April Fool's Something or Other... the killer had a jester's mask and he had a baseball bat... and electrocuted some chick on a bed ha. I seriously need to rewatch it though...

This movie is just a plain old good time!
For a creepy watch
-Black Christmas
Through out the entire movie I just felt this heavy feeling of dread and all around creepiness.

I have too many slasher faves. Halloween 4 is right up there for me. Why? The original storyline was brought back..and the movie was filled with terrific performances from its leads...Pleasance,Cornell, and Harris.

The Burning (this is probably my favorite slasher; I don't watch it enough)
Pieces (an ACTUAL chainsaw massacre)
Most of the F13 movies (I particularly like parts 4 and 6)
The Prowler (slow-paced but lots of good kills)
My Bloody Valentine (better uncut)
My Bloody Valentine 3-D (a really solid remake; awesome kills and an even better killer :thumbup3
Hatchet (stupid but realy gory)
Halloween (1,2,4, and 5 are favs)
Stage Fright (like mbv3-d, a great killer and great kills)
