Vampires even though I like some vampire movies, I feel like the genre is too interested in getting cute these days versus zombies where I feel like they always keep zombies viscious and repulsive. I feel like they try to sophosticate vampires too much.

The rape and revenge bit isn't boring I don't find...it's good to see those fuckers get what's coming. I guess maybe it's just that I've always fantasized about taking out a rapist. The only titles I own out of that sub-genre are Last House on the Left, and I Spit On Your Grave. Both of which are amazing films.
