Looking for Zombies

I am looking for a Zombie movie that I watched as a kid. I only remember a few small parts of it. The zombie infection could be diagnoses ahead of time with a black light. A pregnant woman was the cure and someone carried the infection out of quarantine on his contact lenses. Does this sound familiar to anyone?

They were kinda zombies but it has the black lights and the infected contact lenses, I am 100% certain this is the movie you're looking for.

I thought it was a great movie, very scary, good special effects and a wonderful script....Of course I was a little kid and the first time I saw C.H.U.D. I didn't sleep for a week. Funny ow these things change. I want to see it again and see if any of the memories are valid.

Course they say you can never go back.
