This is a new flick starring Liam Neeson that's co-written and produced by Luc Besson and directed be B13 director Pierre Morel. Basically if you combined Jason Bourne, Kiss of the Dragon, and Man on Fire, you'll get Taken.
We follow Liam Nesson -- an ex-CIA agent who uses his skills to locate his 17-year-old daughter (Maggie Grace) in France. Kidnapped and sold in the sex market, Liam tears the city up in an attempt to find her.
Pretty good flick. I wasn't expecting much and I didn't realize Luc Besson and Pierre Morel were behind it until watching it, which was definitely a plus. Good action, but sadly a pretty predictable and cliche storyline. Maggie Grace was also kind of annoying, as I felt she went a little overboard in an attempt to try to play an innocent young girl.
Either way, Liam Nesson's performance is what makes the flick stand out. Hitting theaters in September here in the US, I'd recommend giving this a check.
