Just caught the first two eps. So far the show has kept my interest. Though, I can't help but feel some things were not fully explained in the first episode. I sorta wished they'd given us a little more back story on the VRA. The Sookie character is starting to get interesting IMO, especially the scenes about her upbringing. I'll check the 3rd ep when I come home today.

They rushed in the beginning setting up the current mood/situation of the series. I was kinda hoping they would've had an overview of what happened the prior 2 years that brought them in this current situation. Of course, they'll probably do that as the series progresses.

Tonight's episode was absolutely amazing! Loved every second of it.

I haven't read any of the books or anything, but I think it's becoming more and more obvious that Sam and the seemingly random Lassie-like dog are related somehow.

The vampires gliding away wasn't too bad but Bill carrying Sookie looked stupid...drop her I say. I do not like her voice or how she screams. This Sam thing looks wild...I know what's coming. Jason still rocks...somethings going on with him. I am still very interested in this show.

No shit about how she screams. That last scene in the episode prior to last had her lookin' all calm and normal, then outta nowhere she screams all quick, but does this weird dramatic thing with her neck, just made the whole scream look overly dramatic and unintentionally hilarious

On the plus side, she did look good in those shorts

Hi everyone! I like the series and you guys are in luck because I have read all the books except the latest one. So any questions you have about the series feel free to ask me. I'm also not a fan of anna paquin. How sookie is described in the book is not her. I pictured someone like jessica simpson (sad but true). sookie has blonde hair, blue eyes and supposely great breasts. Sounds like jessica to me.

alright episode..learned more about Bill's past. Jason was in true form....and I would of taken a taste from the beverage in the fridge. I did not expect the ending. I cannot wait for more about Sam.

Jason was great in this episode, nice to see how Bill was turned, disappointed that they didn't get into Sam's story a little more. Intriguing ending though.

Were you expecting that ridiculous scream again? I know I was waiting for it, because she was pretty much making the same expression before she did it last time.

Good episode by the way. Always a plus learning more about key characters :thumbup3:
