Well, I haven't been able to watch a ton of underground movies yet, but I have seen some of the basic needed ones.

Guinea Pig Flower of Flesh and Blood
Ichi the Killer
Cannibal Holocaust
Red Room 1 & 2 (Not really gory, but they have their disturbing scenes in them)

Hmm....I know I've seen a lot more than these, but my mind seems to be a bit blank at the moment. I'll have to get back to you on the others.

After all the fuss everyone made about Flower of Flesh and Blood i didnt think it was that gory or gruelling, i suppose if you saw it back in 85 then you might have been a bit freaked out by it.
