okay this has been bugging me for awhile, but i keep forgetting to bring it up.
anyway... i can't remember the actual plot, but basically there are 3 women who found themselves at a house. not sure if they'd been stranded, lost or whatever but, the house i think, is inhabited by a "mom and dad" who happen to be keeping a secret in their basement. i think it was their monstrously deformed son. 2 of the girls end up dying i think. one is killed with an ax i believe.
the other, hears strange sounds coming from a vent in the floor. she puts her face to the vent to listen, but the drawstrings from her hood slide between the slats of the vent. the "monster" grabs hold of them and ends up snapping her neck, or possibly her face gets pulled through the slats.
i think the heroine ends up killing the monster with a 2x4 that has a nail sticking out the end of it. does anybody have a CLUE wtf movie i'm thinking of...or am i just tripping?
sorry if the description's kinda vague. if i did see it, it was just the once and over 20 years ago...
