Not sure if this is as gory as it is creative but I loved the kill from Hatchet when Crowley grabs that one lady by the jaws and tears her face off.
Chainsaw arm wrestling scene in Tigress of Siberia! I think it's on Youtube. Again, I think it's more creative than gory, but wow was it impressive.
The entire She Wolf of the SS has my vote for one of the goriest movies. I think what ups the factor for me is the fact that many of the deaths shown were indeed actual Nazi experiments. And nothing here was left to the imagination either.

Flowers of Flesh and Blood, Tumbling Doll of Flesh, Snuff 102 and AU's Mordum have some really fucked up deaths.. I'm not gonna go into them because they are riddled with spoilers...

Oh, you mean like Mermaid in a Manhole or the Men Behind The Sun? I kinda thought that's what it was referencing. I haven't gotten to the point where I'd like to see those yet...but one day.

Feast was awesome! A bloody good time. Henry Rollins should be in EVERY movie!

I didn't appreciate the grade school humor in Feast

Normally I'd agree with you on the humour, but I felt it was totally appropriate in Feast.I think it complimented the movie nicely. I think it's goal was to be as over the top and offenseive in all aspects possible and if I may say so, it succeeded.
Could have done without the maggots though.
Don't know how I feel about a sequel without Rollins...
