If Marvel films is willing to work with an independent film studio and work from a lower budget it might work. Hell, the new Punisher only has a budget of 20 mil. That's chump change in today's Hollywood. If you add enough big name characters who are already established in Hollywood, you could make some pretty decent money. How will it look on the big screen? Dunno...but I'd watch it.

I havent read all the marvel zombie comics but I think it's pretty interesting. I did pick up the Marvel Zombies vs Army of Darkness hard cover release this year...that was pretty good.
I wouldn't be surprised if a made-for tv movie based on this comes out in 15 years when the superhero trend fades again
