Story revolves around a couple, on vacation at their lakeshore house, who inadvertently gives shelter to the sociopaths who have just assaulted and nearly killed their daughter. After discovering the truth, they exact revenge on the attackers.

The original had alot of potential, hopefully this remake will actually be good.. trailer looks nice.

Looks like typical remake shit, and I very much doubt it will have the impact that it needs to effective and good. That being said, I still really don't care one way or another about this remake since the original was nothing but a rip-off of a much better movie.
