I thought shooting them in the head was the solution. Either that, or el nino.

I guess Shaun of the dead had a halfway soloution but I never thought of evil dead as a zombie film I thought they were humans possessed by demons I almost forgot Dead Alive.

If the movies were meant to show the positive sides of human nature, there would be a solution. They aren't, so you're probably going to get something like Fido/Shaun of the Dead or Land of the Dead where we just let them live and try to coexist until one has completely died off (probably us barring some very large concrete walls being erected).

i think that the best one is the ones that the dead take over and humans have to fight for survival... those are the best.

Does a zombie movie really need a solution?

Don't expect it to tango; it has a broken back.

I always thought zombie movies never have an outright solution on the outbreak, but a solution on how the characters can survive in such heated conditions. I don't know, I always like the end of the world scenario because I like my characters feel helpless on something they can't cure, just carry out their days fighting the infection until it hopefully dies down.

But I like any kind of zombie solutions, whether it be the aftermath (WWZ) or search for a new way to survive in a world that is still alive, but humanity is dead (The Walking Dead comic).

It's funny a zombie christmas flick was menttioned. There was a comic book called last possibly final christmas/holiday
I don't quite remember the name but it was about Santa fighting zombies in a post apocalyptic world it was written by Brian Poeshen (I think thats how his name is spelt) I heard he was intrested in turnng it into a film when he was on Conan O Brian but I don't know when or if it'll ever happen.
