Great? Hardly.
Cheesy and laughable, anything but great though. The only part of the that could be considered great is that ridiculous "beast" but that's it.

No the best Nazi exploitation but it does have some fun moments - mainly with Sal Boris as the caged bonka-bonka beast. Its no Ilsa (or Gestapos Last Orgy) but it will pass the time.
The beast guy is also in Frankenstein's castle of freaks under the incredible pseudonym Boris Lugosi.
