The Lucky Ones

This turned out to be a nice little comedy-drama. The flick stars Tim Robbins, Michael Peña, and Rachel McAdams, as three soldiers heading home from the war. Two are on medical leave, while Robbin's character has finished his term. A problem with the flight leaves the three going home via a rental van, where we follow the trio as they make their way 'cross country.

A simple story, good character development, and interesting situations makes this a real likable, easy-going watch. It offered some fairly funny scenes, and I enjoyed the road trip theme. Worth a check :thumbup3:

I've been waiting FOREVER for this to come out!

I'm a HUGE Rachel McAdams fan. Anyway I bought the DVD when it first came out and I'm not disappointed.

Whenever T.K. was having problems getting an erection, and one of those women took him into their trailer and he came running back out. What did she do? I would've thought she had a penis or something.

Up to the viewer to decide, but it's pretty clear that he just chickened out, which is also the point of the scene :starefreak:
