Wow, what a great film. This movie totally caught me off guard since I had no idea about the true story that it's based on. From the trailers and premise it seemed to simply just be about a woman (Angelina Jolie) losing her son and (for one reason or another) is replaced by another kid that looks a little like him. The story turned out to be much more interesting and complex.
Another solid directorial effort from Eastwood; Jolie's performance as the mother was actually pretty decent as well. The story and events that unfolded kept me glued to the screen from the start. Overall, I liked this much more than Eastwood's other recent flick Gran Torino -- this film had a more interesting and complex story and seemingly had more heart behind it as well.
This is one of Eastwood's best directorial efforts, in my opinion. Worth a check :thumbup3:
