SAW video game: According to Variety, sources close to the SAW video game confirmed that Konami has picked up the rights to the horror franchise produced by Lionsgate. After Brash Entertainment, the original developers on the SAW video game went out of business, Konami was able to strike up a deal with Lionsgate to acquire the rights to the video game. As of yet, there's no details on the gameplay or which systems the game will be released on, but rumors are swirling around that the SAW video game will be released alongside SAW VI when it hits theaters this fall.

anybody remember the series known as "Deception" or something like that? It was made by Techmo I think. Anyway, it was all about building traps in your castle to kill your pursuers. It was a lot of fun actually, because you could build traps side by side for combo attacks.

I read up on it on IGN. They semed to dig it. I could definitely go for a bloodier Silent Hill type game. Now that Resident Evil is moving towards action/shooter instead of horror, the Video Game Horror genre needs some new titles. (Like Dead Space, that game rocked.)
