One that doesn't even show the actual decap, but still made me say "Ohh Shit!!" was the elevator scene in the first Resident Evil.
I saw it coming a mile away but it still shocked me for some dumb reason.
It probably stems from some illogical subconscious fear of elavator doors.
that and the velocity her head is traveling before the "cut" away scene.
I dunno, that's just the first one to pop into my head

This is more like half a decap but I love in Dawn when they are going to fly in the helicopter and the zombie gets the tip of his head cut off by the propellor/blades. Thats quite the scene in my mind
