    Like the original story better, when Part 6 introduced the Thorn curse it left out too much. I preferred the Producers cut version because it explained it more, but with that said I'm glad they didn't focus on that the entire series

    The original story is of course hands down the best it beats all the sequels.

    However if I had the choice between the thorn storyline or the H20 storyline...
    I'd take the thorn story simply because I hated H20, it was the worst sequel

    original. I love the original Halloween all away up to the Curse. H20 and Resurrection were a let down and the Remake is god-awful.

    Original. Thorn was too little, too late in the series. It also didn't jive well with the premise that Michael was from an ok family, which was what made the original plot so scary. He was just a bad seed.
