Spoiler...When she gets her brother in law and his dog eats it.
Other than that Roads being torn in half in Day of the Dead. Some of the bikers having their intestines pulled out in Dawn of the Dead. Shotgun death in Maniac. Lionels final battle with mother in Dead Alive was a pisser. Well that whole movie had me saying holy shit.

For most films I expect something jarring or insanely gross to happen, so the barfing of sheep guts in CotLD was expected, as were most other zombie gross outs.
I hate to admit this but the one death I disctinctly remember sitting in the theater and being amazed at and laughing my ass off was the plate glass window in Final Destination 2. That was a complete "HOLY SHIT!!" moment, and possibly the most unexpected kill I have ever seen. Why, why did it have to come from the FD series?

The twist at the end of Saw is the one that does it for me, hence my great passion for the series.

Besides Maniac (the shot gun scene OF COURSE), I thought of
*Maniac Cop where at the very beginning he just picks that girl up & snaps her neck, I definitely went "Oh shit"
*Scanners...that whole movie was just something else.
*Frontieres, when they break out the big hedge clipper things.
*Frankenhooker, after they all smoke the "super crack"...flying body parts galore.
I don't know, maybe I'm just simple but a lot of movies have been catching me off guard lately. I could probably think of about 20 more, but I don't wanna bore everybody.
