I saw it last night and I was kinda disappointed. I really was looking forward to Raimi digging back into his horror roots, but this seemed like something that was directed by a Sam Raimi impersonator and it had that feel of trying to recapture the essence of the Evil Dead way too much! And the ending was waaaaayyy too predictable, the whole script felt very mainstream... while the Evil Dead series had that good old fashion campy indie effect :-)
I got really irritated about the ending as well. I don't want to give out any spoilers for anyone else but

, I was like ok..please let the ending be something else because this is way too obvious. And it wasn't..and I was very dissapointed.
