Solid Snake starts his own company

David Hayter, known to most gamers as the voice of Solid Snake in the Metal Gear Solid franchise, has teamed up with producer Benedict Craver (Doomsday, Bratz the Movie) to form Dark Hero Studios. The new production company will produce films, television shows, video games, graphics novels and Internet projects in the action, sci-fi and horror genres.

Dark Hero Studios' first project will be a film called Demonology, which was written, and will be directed by Hayter.

Aside from his work on Metal Gear Solid, Hayter has also written screenplays for such films as X-Men, X2: X-Men United, The Scorpion King and Watchmen
