It also depends on how liberal you want to take your interpretation on "Fairy Tales," since at their roots nearly every slasher is seeded in moralistic tales in the same fashion as any of the old Grimm's stories. If you are looking for direct movie adaptations of fairy tales, its going to be a bit more limited.
Arguably, Silver Bullet could be construed as an intepretation of The Boy Who Cried Wolf. Suspiria, Inferno, and Mother of Tears are loosely based on "Levana and Our Ladies of Sorrow" from Thomas de Quincey's Suspiria de Profundis. Lemora: A Child's Tale of the Supernatural is not adapted from any particular source, but has a very surreal fairy tale quality to it. Pan's Labyrinth would also closely qualify, as would the Korean film Re-Cycle.
If you get into the broader category of morality tales, you could always pick up the Creepshow films, Cat's Eye, Tales from the Crypt, Vault of Horror, and many of the other anthology films that closely adhere to the EC comics structure. Then, for a real stretch, you could check out Troll for a fantasy/horror piece.
