i just wanted to know what my fellow fans of the dark thought about this one. i saw it in 99 at the show with an old girlfriend and did not really get it or just didnt pay enuff attention to it, but nevertheless i didnt care for it. fast forward to this past week i watched it again and loved it even know it wasnt really a horror flick but just all that was going on and everything, i watched it twice more cuz i kept noticing more and more crazy stuff going on and now im a huge fan of this flick i just wanted to know what everyone else thought about it, ya know....
by the way its my first post but ive been on this site forever and im a huge fan of it and read it all the time

Got a lot of negative reviews and comments around the time it came out, but I always liked the flick. Slow paced, but interesting.

I dig this flick. Secret Cults. Fire lit driveways. The Devil working in todays envrionment. It was slow, but the little details you catch after watching it a couple times keep you interested. I almost started collecting old books after seeing this Flick...lol. They could have gotten a hotter chick though.

I watched it for Johnny Depp (yes I'm an unashamed fan-girl) and thought it was pretty good, if a little long and confusing. I bought it in the five dollar bin at Wal*Mart a while back but haven't gotten around to watching it.
