I watched it numerous times when I was a kid but I cant rememeber a lot about it now. It seemed to be something dream like (like a flatliners or nightmare elm st). One part the man villian is on a train (or subway) and is fighting the good guy. He turns himself into a big human like snake or lizard.

Somewhat mainstream movie...
