I, Frankenstein

LOS ANGELES (Hollywood Reporter) - Director Patrick Tatopoulos , " Underworld " co-creator Kevin Grevioux and Death Ray Films are teaming to bring the comic book "I, Frankenstein " to the big screen.

"I, Frankenstein" is an upcoming Darkstorm Comic written by Grevioux that brings together classic monster characters, including Frankenstein's Monster , the Invisible Man , Dracula and the Hunchback of Notre Dame , in a contemporary film noir setting.

The Monster , for example, who has evolved and learned how to control his anger, is now a private investigator . Dracula, meanwhile, is a kingpin of crime, and the Invisible Man is a secret operative.

Grevioux will write the adaptation and act as a producer. Tatopoulos, a longtime creature designer for such films as " I Am Legend " and " Godzilla " who made his directorial debut with " Underworld: Rise of the Lycans ," will helm.

looks exactly like I thought it would. Why does he look human?!?!?!!? He's just a guy with a couple scars. UHHH NO! CGI gargoyles flying everywhere. no again. This looks good on paper, but on screen will look like shit. And am I the only one that's getting damn tired of the metal shiny lettering for every movie title that comes out anymore?? Cuz yeah if metal shiny letters fit anything its Frankenstein right? riiiight

went with a friend last night. I knew it would be terrible but I was hoping for shits and giggles if nothing else. It was just really....really bad. I mean....REALLY BAD. Complete Underworld reject that tried to take itself way to seriously for what it was. Crappy special effects and I've always hated demons that look like people with demon faces fighting it just looks dumb. This whole movie was crap.
