Got this movie on a "blind buy" based on the hype and generally great reviews.

I can safely say that I wasn't dissapointed. I absolutely loved this movie...especially because of the ending which makes you actually think and analyze things.

It's quite refreshing too see a horror movie of this caliber.

Anna told her that there was infact an afterlife and how great it was, so the old hag couldn't wait any longer to get there and killed herself. If she would have told her that there wasn't one she would have clung to dear life as long as possible. It was very clear that the entire group was afraid of death and that was the reasoning behind there quest to know. She opted not to tell them because she was selfish and they'd all find out the truth anyways since nobody lives forever. Hence why she told Atienne to "Keep doubting".
