Well he is around the 48-49 mark plus the wear and tear of drug abuse. He should have just taken the damn roll he was offered in The Expendables. This movie will not help his comeback.

It doesn't look too good. He seems to be constantly over acting while the supporting cast is just flat. Plus the gunshot wounds looked weak. I'd probably still watch it if I didn't have to pay, but Im not sure it would even air on tv if its as bad as it looks.
