I hated the Davinci Code and had no desire to see this one. The wife wanted to go, so we went. I have to say that it was better than I expected. Had an Agathie Christie movie vibe which I always enjoy. Not genius by any stretch, but fairly decent summer fare. After the shitfest that is Terminator Salvation (which I saw the day before) it was a masterpiece.

What I meant by that line is since they didn't follow the book in it's entirety, I could see the movie be confusing for most people since so much was left out.

Movie was alright, Tom Hanks character was on the back burner for the most part. He needed more action scenes which I heard he had in the book but were cut for the movie. Pretty damn violent for a movie rated PG-13 too.
