Favorite "Big Monster" besides Godzilla and King Kong

When asked, "What's your favorite BIG MONSTER in movies?" People tend to inevitably answer Godzilla or King Kong... it's understandable, especially considering the Big G is the King Of Monsters and Kong is well.. he's KONG!

But there are many many other Big Monsters out there in film land... and by big monsters, I mean the City-destroying kind of monsters... or as the Japanese call them, Kaiju.

Personally, I dig Gigan... if ever there was kaiju that looks like it was designed for sole-purpose of fucking shit up, it would be Gigan. Both the old design from Godzilla vs. Gigan and Godzilla vs Megalon, and the new design from Godzilla: Final Wars... he is just a mean nasty ass-kicker of a kaiju with a violent cocky attitude. Granted, he's never actually beaten Godzilla but he is the first to actually draw blood on the big guy.
(I suppose having him tattooed on my arm is pretty good indicator that I think Gigan is pretty rad!)

So... aside from the obvious choices of Godzilla and King Kong, what's your favorite city smashing monstrosity and why?
