Hodder was great, but Mears is smart. He's got traps set up, inventive kills, tunnels, and I felt he was much more aggressive than the previous Jason incarnations. Plus, when it comes to Jason, size matters and Mears' machete beats them all.

Even though Freddy gave Jason a gun for his money. I'd still take Jason over Myers because Myers is always a pussy who runs away in the end whereas Jason takes on whoever the hero/heroin is regardless of the outcome IMO.

H1 - Pure evil, unstoppable force ran away yet could have finished the job
H4 - Ran away to heal
H5 - needed help to escape
H7 - again ran away if you want to throw the awfulness of Resurrection into play

Myers was smarter I suppose but Jason was more creative and stronger in most cases which leads you to believe the myth about him being brain dead was just that IMO.

Freddy vs Jason was a fun movie that I think both sides came out feeling good about. I would never want the idea to ever see the light of day with M vs J. The fanboys would be out in full force IMO.

The Versus is already not that great so imagine versus Myers! I would love to see Micheal and Jason in the same movie but Bullshit at all!!!!!!!!

I'm voting Myers (John Carpenter's Original), even when the poll's been closed. I'm tired of Jason taking the spot light because he's the most memorable hockey-masked killer...The first three movies were just okay, nothing great, and the sequels were just rediculous and of course they were all just money grubber marketing ploys for H-Wood, because any beer-drinking dumbass would pay money to just see Jason do the creative kills, which all seem to have ended by 8.

Michael Myers is more creepy, realistic, and old school with his killings and his personality and story that continually increases, which makes him the best horror icon in my honest opinion and he kills on my favorite night and month...HALLOWEEN. Freddy's my favorite too, but I didn't like it how it was always those creepy worm things from hell that gave him his power, would've liked something better than that.

Pinhead I love as well, but should've never been brought into this type of thread.
