    the hearse

I found a copy of the out of print movie "The Hearse", as well as the out of print "Happy Birthday to ME" over the weekend at a movie store. The Hearse was only $30 but Happy Birthday to Me was $90. Before I waste my money, are both of them worth it? Im a collector which for me would be reason enough but I can't see paying that much for crappy movies. I read the review of HBtM but didnt see one for The Hearse.

    What's your take?

Haven't seen The Hearse, but I doubt it's worth that price, and I know that Happy B-day is definitely not worth $90 bucks; WTF!?

Being that you're a collector I wouldn't advise blind-buying films you haven't seen, especially with those ridiculous prices. It's best to stick to movies you have seen and know for sure they are worth the price.

I was thinking those prices were a little steep as well.

I almost flipped when I found The Midnight Hour for $300 on Amazon. However, I found that one for far cheaper ($15) but I either cannot find these two at all or can't find them for cheaper than what they are priced at this store.

Defiantly not worth those prices, DO NOT BUY.

Search Ebay or amazon.com for those flicks and i'm sure you'll find them for much less :thumbup3:

Bess bet to get a good price is to just be patient and search mom-and-pop stores and pawn shops

That's where I saw it. It was a locally owned cd/dvd place that takes used movies and Cd's and both of them were used. Which I thought was all the more reason why the price was stupid.
